November To-Do List…

November 02, 2016

Dear Friends,

I can’t believe it’s already that time of year….can you:)? My how the time flies!

I’ve been loving the cooler days and crisp nights… sweater weather and evening fires just make everything so much more cozy :). This month I’ll be heading to California for a week of seva (self-less service, volunteer work) for my meditation teacher before she leaves for her annual trip to India. I definitely can’t wait to spend time with her and enjoy the company of some of my friends over chai and seva :).

And, I can’t wait for the election to end so that I can reaffirm my trust in the goodness of humanity. As all of you must be, I’m tired of turning on the news and it being dominated by political drama that really is not bringing the good out in anyone. Election day, in my opinion, just can’t seem to come soon enough.

Lastly, as the holiday season hustle and bustle begins, I’m grateful for all the ways I’m feed my soul this month. The Pre- Holiday Tune Up I’m doing right now is reminding me take care of me, being a part of Leah Piken Koiladas’s Art Everyday Month Challenge is getting my creative juices flowing for next year and tapping into my daily meditation ritual…is letting grace in so I can let love out :).

What’s on you To-Do List Month? How are you feeding your soul?

Lots of love,

April 19, 2017

Using Nature’s Bounty for spring remedies It’s starting to feel like spring….the grass is turning green, the flowers are blossoming, the bird’s are chirping….and I’ve started sneezing :).
