In this 12-week course you’ll go from feeling stressed and overwhelmed of thinking about how to take care of yourself to feeling energized, organized and equipped with knowledge and tools of essential self-care building blocks and practices that can be used to meet you where you're at. The aim is to learn how to nourish yourself from the inside out.

Ayurveda, often described as the science of life, is a consciousness-based approach to health and well-being. In this module we will focus on an introduction to the vast science of Ayurveda and how it can be individualized to you.
Next to breathing, eating is one of our most vital bodily functions. Learn how to cultivate and support your health by tailoring your diet to balance your unique dosha (mind-body type) type. In addition, we'll explore ways to keep your microbiome healthy and happy.
Ayurveda teaches that emotional well-being is essential to health. As a natural life force, emotions are intended to flow freely through our mind-body, then dissipate once we’ve fully experienced them and assimilated their valuable message. Learn how to let go of emotional toxins that block the flow of energy and information throughout the body-mind.
Everything we hear, see, smell, taste, and touch is metabolized into the chemistry and electricity of our body-mind and can either strengthen our health or deplete it. If we want to create greater physical and emotional well-being, we need to choose nurturing sensory impressions that activate our inner pharmacy.
Every cell in our body is governed by cycles of rest and activity that developed in synchrony with the rhythms of nature. This module will help you create a daily routine that’s aligned with the rhythms of nature, allowing you to experience your full potential for health and well-being.
