In this meditation course you will learn how to tap into the calmest, most nourishing place on earth—so that you’re not dependent on external factors—people, place or things—to make you feel grounded, happy and energized. The aim is to have you go from feeling stressed, distracted and easily anxious to feeling calm, focused and content as you experience the depth and magic of a daily meditation practice.

Our 4 weeks together will include equal parts learning + practice.

All sessions take place via Zoom and will be recorded. In case you should miss class, you can view the recording at your convenience.
