It's a very spiritual journey. And, my coaching practice is unique in that it's steeped in eastern wisdom and meditation, coupled with evidence- based positive psychology and coaching practices.

What is Well-Being Coaching?

Simply put, it’s a holistic approach to your health.

Well-Being coaching provides an invaluable space for personal development—physical, mental and spiritual—and the benefits are as wide-ranging as the individuals involved. It’s a powerful vehicle to help a person tap into their own innate, divine wisdom, so they can move from where they are to where they really want to be.

Coaching is a relationship aimed to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. As a guide and ally on your well-being journey, my job is to help you tap into your innate wisdom—because you’re the expert on your life. This work is personal and takes commitment, but overtime little changes create big shifts.

What to Expect

In this 3 to 6 month engagement you will be held in safe container so you can reflect, go within and start to move towards where you want to be inside and out. We’ll meet. I’ll ask questions to get a better sense of you and what you’d like to achieve and then together we’ll outline steps to help you reach those goals.

As you start to shift your priorities to the things that really matter to you, make healthier choices when it comes to your routine and lifestyle and make time to reflect and go within you not only open up a whole new door within yourself, but you allow yourself to show up in the world in a more authentic, meaningful way. The best part is when you move towards a happier, healthier and more true version of you, the ripple effect is that you often inspire others to do the same :).

Before I started working with Kajal, I was feeling lost, unsure of what I was supposed to do, completely disoriented. I wanted guidance on how to let go of the stuff accumulated in my head. I could not see the road ahead. I knew our life “view” rooted in yogic philosophy was similar, so I didn’t have any hesitation signing up for coaching with Kajal.

Every session brought change! She led me through visualizations, meditations and asked questions that many times led me to discover more things that were hidden deep within me. I am now more aware of my thoughts and how I tend to not focus on self love and self compassion towards myself. I feel more confident, braver, and more inspired than I was when we started the work together. And as I continue stepping out of my comfort zone and putting myself “out there”, I’m seeing there are a lot more possibilities and opportunities to do what I love!

Soon after I started coaching with Kajal, suddenly work started flowing my way—well, “suddenly” when I let go of the fear that kept me stuck in one place. I feel lighter, more confident in my abilities and feel I am on my way to healing. Best of all, my meditation has become more enjoyable, less of a chore.

What I liked best about coaching with Kajal is that she is very compassionate. I always felt loved and never judged, so that helped me go deeper into my own shadow. This work is personal and in order for it to work, you have to commit and do the weekly home practices—or nothing is going to change.

I decided to reach out to Kajal last fall because I was feeling stuck and unmotivated. I wanted to take better care of myself but didn’t exactly know what that meant and how I was going to get started. I wanted guidance and someone to hold me accountable.

I can’t pinpoint the exact moment that I started to see results, but it was fairly early on. I started using meditation almost immediately and find that I still turn to it when I’m feeling stressed. The biggest change I can pinpoint is in my confidence. I had long wanted to start a couple of business side hustles but didn't think I could do it. Well, I'm doing it - the various exercises we did over the last few months were invaluable in helping me identify my fears and weaknesses and how to work with them. The self care I was seeking has come in the form of more confidence, more calm and more clarity in what I want to pursue.

I'm most proud that I have made a commitment to find time to slow down each day. Slowing down allows me to return to my work with a renewed sense of purpose rather than constant dread. I am feeling a lot calmer and yet more focused.
